How to Plan a Party

Each year, BCEF receives over $100,000 through Community Events. We rely on dozens of dedicated supporters who use their talent and creativity to raise money for our clients. Events can be as large or small as you like — the only limit is your imagination. Examples of community events include fun ideas like guest bartending at your favorite watering hole, hosting a house concert, or sponsoring an art showing at a gallery. There are many creative ways to support those in need.

We’d like to help make your event an enjoyable success! As you plan your event we recommend these easy steps:

STEP 1 Give us a call, let us know what you’re thinking. We’re happy to brainstorm and talk about your ideas! Contact the BCEF Development Director at 415.932.6020 ext. 102 or development@bcef.org.

STEP 2 Once we’ve had the chance to chat, we’ll work with you to complete a BCEF Community Event Form.

STEP 3 Within 5 business days, we’ll confirm BCEF’s seal of approval and permission to use our name and logo on promotional materials.

We can’t wait to hear your ideas!
