Collaborative Partners

BCEF is an integral partner of a collaborative and broad community network comprised of over 40 breast cancer service agencies.  Together, we offer a culturally and linguistically-competent safety net for low-income breast cancer patients. There are frequent cross-referrals between agencies and we work diligently to make sure that Every Door is the Right Door.

We recognize that travel may be quite difficult for people in active breast cancer treatment. While we welcome drop-ins or appointments, clients are not required to visit BCEF to access financial assistance. Instead, they may request BCEF’s application through one of our approved Collaborative Partners.

“Not feeling alonein the experience, but instead feeling that there are those who want to lift the burden is an enormous weight off of the shoulders of the people I serve.”

Darci, MSW, Oncology Social Worker, Santa Clara Valley Medical Center

“My care navigator confidently recommended BCEF. And with good reason, BCEF’s assistance made, and still makes, a real difference in my recovery. Not just the material help, but also the quality of attention. It’s so positive!”
